They serviced a simple one line account for me which was fine for a long time. However after deciding to move my provider they become very hard to deal with. They simply prolonged the process 43 days and billed me for the time that it took to get a simple number transferred. Rather than try and make it right they call and threaten to send my lousy $80 to collections. Real class act. They got an extra $80 good job.
