Check in 16:15 for checking normally at 15h and the room is not ready which for a 5 star still leaves something to be desired. Establishment rich but deserves a big refresh. Lovely staff very attentive and available. Large entrance hall with bar on the right of the reception. Great view of the bay and Miami. Once the room is ready the latter is spacious with nice bathroom and balcony overlooking the bay. Do not look below because the rooms with terrace are invaded by pigeons and what goes with it. The same is true of outdoor spaces or high chairs are available and where the same punishment applies. Be careful then before sitting down. At these same places where you can smoke no ashtray available or 1 if you are lucky. Result everyone throws his cigarette overboard or crushes it on the floor for the less scrupulous. Ditto for a trash ashtray located in a corner of larrive next to the parking valet. Not empty once in 3 days. On the other hand Service of dining room impeccable despite prices to my taste too high. No coffee or tea in the room which is still a mimimun for a hotel of this level. In the morning if you are looking for coffee there is no alternative to the pool bar or the breakfast place. I stumble upon a coffee fountain in the lobby on Sunday morning but empty at 9am. Note that on everything you consume an 18% tips is applied automatically whether you are happy or not what seems to be a common practice in Miami. Finally parking at $ 48 a night is still abused. If you are not 600m walk across the bridge there is a public parking at $ 15 a night. In summary the 5 stars are working too much approximation for the price
