They debit unexplained extra amounts from your acc...

They debit unexplained extra amounts from your account, and when you try to query the matter, there is no response on calls, emails or any form of communication.
They do apparently have the time to reply on Facebook with useless responses claiming they will contact you.
I will be taking this matter further if I do not get this matter resolved within the week.
