I ate Fabulous Catering for a month straight. They never failed to disappoint me. It's safe to say I've tried a large portion of the menu and not a single item stood out to me. If I could describe the quality I would say left over American cafateria food. It looks like it sits for a while before it reaches your plate at least 24 hours. One day you get real mash the next you get instant. Most of the vegetables come from a can, and the ones that don't are undercooked. If you can avoid using them as your go to catering company I suggest you do. This is a city known for its food, and it certainly doesn't meet the Melbourne standard of causine.
