Everyone in the office is rude and has no idea how to do their job. Everytime you call, they lose your message or cut you off hang up on you because they don t want to be bothered. They refuse to help, they never repair anything. These people are the most unprofessional group of managers (a term I use very loosely) I have ever dealt with.
