If I could give a negative one star I would. Got to the place to pick up our car. Wouldn't give us the car because our VISA debit cards were not enough. Car was fully paid for. Left without a car. No refund. Wouldn't really help us in figuring out how to get a refund. So stranded in dallas after our 16 hour flight from Australia. Went to ALAMO car rentals..,where they accepted our VISA debit card. They will be getting an excellent rating for their helpful service
