I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel from 15 to 19 August 2019
I had booked two adjoining rooms for the presence of small children and I was assigned two rooms one on the first and one on the sixth floor and it was not possible to change them.
But the icing on the cake was the fact that for two consecutive days the room was not cleaned and to my complaints they replied apologizing and telling me that at 6pm the cleaning ladies are leaving and that they could not have done otherwise. Honestly, something else is expected from a 4-star hotel.
