I recently utilized the services of this company for my elderly relative, and while the caregivers were generally competent and caring, I found the communication with the company to be somewhat lacking. There were issues with scheduling and follow-up that caused a bit of frustration for both myself and my relative. Additionally, the billing process was not as transparent as I would have liked. However, I do appreciate that the caregivers themselves were compassionate and attentive to my relative's needs. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of administrative efficiency and customer service, but the quality of care provided by the caregivers themselves was satisfactory.
