Very poor experience, was lied to multiple times by the realtor. One of my friends had a similar experience. My experience was bad enough I came here to tell people that I would HIGHLY recommend to avoid this agency.
Bill Kwasniewski is nothing but a liar, greedy, and does not care about you. I've had so many issues after purchasing this rehabbed home and because he only cares about himself, he refused to make good on issue that were supposed to be done prior to closing. He sold the house for William Lublin, who is also an agent in the Phila area. BUYER BEWARE YOU CAN DO BETTER FOR YOURSELF
As the seller's agent, a broker from this agency listed a room with no window and no heat as a bedroom... was this idiocy, or was it just an outright lie to get people in the door? Either way I wouldn't want to do business with these guys.

Hard to get the landlord to fix a single thing, u can call and even show up in person and the best u get is seeing him thru a glass window no communication whatsoever and doesn't even try
Heard a lot of good things about this place they help a lot of people in the neighborhood
