Guys, I visited here to see someone who was stayin...

Guys, I visited here to see someone who was staying. While I was there, the fridge in the room quit. There were no towels. The door lock malfunctioned. And the elevator call button malfunctioned. I know you have a lot of traffic through, but get on it, yeah?
