PHHS patients are basically double billed for service; clinic charges through Parkland & doctor charges through UT. By the time you receive the bill, you've paid double for this poor service.

Service using the UT/PHHS affiliated system has "your" appointment with 10+ sharing the exact same appointment time & patients are run through like cattle.

UT doctors do not display a healthy doctor/patient relationship. Instead, they tell you only what they want & ignore patients concerns.

The "Patient Assistance" at UT is non-existent for those caught in the undertow of the UT/PHHS collaboration.

Half of the services I've received are under dispute/investigation for billing or quality of care.

If you have limited/fixed income, avoid UT Southwestern & Parkland.

If you self-pay with unlimited resources or have private insurance, your experience will be satisfactory to excellent.
