Been trying but not succeeding to make an appointm...

Been trying but not succeeding to make an appointment with them for the past month but no one has reached out to us to either make the appointment or ensure us our online appointment went through. No communication whatsoever despite leaving voicemails and doing the online stuff they ask you to do with their voice automated system. Your secretary or who ever is in charge of the desk needs to answer the phone or make the effort to call back otherwise you just lose a business opportunity to make money. In the meantime we have to find another place for our pets to be seen.
