The aforementioned fine was sent to my local post office on November 16, 2017, the information on the withdrawal was not sent to me, so the fine was returned to the Municipality of Policia (CMP) 50019 Sesto Fiorentino on December 7, 2017 !!

What a scandalous accident, Mr. Federico and Luigi Nicosia, Mr. Mayor Dario Nardella and the Baldi / Brizzi women !!! You know since the beginning of December 2017 that the notification was never sent to me and that is why I could not pay it, one can hypothesize such a logic for each of you! Why was there / isn't any payment reminder after when a payment is already expected? Don't you care what happens to the inbox of the fine not collected at the CMP of Sesto Fiorentino? You are all proud of these deficits for which you are solely responsible! Why leave this post for almost 3 years without processing it immediately and send a short information by regular mail to my address, such handling is expected with severe fines and this is quite common in all other European countries!

The NIVI company loves taking a shower of self-praise, boasting of professionalism clearly visible here with such deficits in fine notices / toll bills some of which are only sent years later (see reviews on the NIVI Spa homepage) it is not certain given !!

The German Consumer Association Kehl (Mr. Oppelt) contacted the Law Firm in September to inform you again of the incorrect invoice from 17 July 2020 and asked to check / correct it !! Too bad that despite the mistakes of Donna Baldi / Brizzi
you refused to take responsibility for your mistakes !!
Are you still proud of such tasteless behavior with a Mrs. Baldi / Brizzi?

Re-adjust the fines (for example by quickly sending a payment reminder again, for example from people of CMP Sesto Fiorentino). So you have your money off the fine faster and it saves you a lot of trouble and corresponds to an honest process!

I am ashamed of structures so perverse that they no longer have anything to do with honesty / sincerity /. Making a mistake Ms. Baldi / Brizzi is one thing, knowingly submitting a wrong complaint, simply tasteless! Florence Mayor Dario Nardella, who complained about the low number of tourists in Florence on the Internet, should simply ask himself why, despite much knowledge of such fines, he merely observes as ruthless citizens of Germany and other countries for involuntary minors
