Brisco County Wood Grill Review

Enjoyed the salad with fruit and chicken. I forget the name but it was one of the most fruit loaded salads I have ever had and the flavor and freshness were perfect. The salad was filling for a lunch and the raspberries were fresh. Good place for a lunch meeting as we had ease in talking to each other.

Brisco is a favorite close to home. Always good, quality food. Staff and service is always good. I have taken family and friends and they always agree with me that it is a great place to eat.

Love, love, love this place! My husband and I always stop here when we have to go South past Hwy Q. Actually, I take all family members there. Prices are great, food is excellent, and staff is marvelous. I am there probably every other month. More when we get the chance!

Went with a friend for lunch and had an amazing time. Waiter was very patient with us while we talked and talked. Food was great too. Had one of the house burgers with soup while my friend had his without the bun.

Came in got seated and waited 10mins without anyone coming to my table, so I left. BAD SERVICE 1ST AND LAST TIME THERE. Don't even deserve the 1 star I gave

Always receive great customer service and food. Tonight Erin served us a very tasty beer battered cod fish fry and a superb bourbon chicken skillet. The food was hot and cooked perfectly and our server, Erin, was friendly and attentive. Love Brisco County. The only draw back for me was no alligator bites! Wish you would bring those back.

They have some of everything. The food is good some things are a bit pricey but the food is good.

Brisco County was definitely worth the stop. I was on my way to a freelance assignment when I got off the freeway to eat there. Ordered a brisket sandwich with fries and it was amazing. Not only that but the menu had so many great looking options that it took me a long time to decide. I am going back for sure and want to try more stuff there. If you haven t eaten at Brisco County, please do!

The fried shrimp are some of the best I've ever had. My husband loved his mushroom swiss

One of our favorite places to go! Their chicken dumpling soup is amazing! and we always get a half gallon to go when sick and were feeling better quick after eating it!

This has become our favorite stop on our trips home from down south. Good variety, excellent rotisserie chicken!

The atmosphere is really WESTERN. They have a lot of the old west and Native American Indian pictures scattered on the walls. Also there's a great photo OP with a mock jail cell (which they even provide a shirt that has the black and white stripes). GREAT!!!
My food was awesome. I had a bowl of French onion soup and a bbq sandwich, ma had the Veggie fajitas which were not cooked enough for her since she only has upper dentures. She was disappointed.

A little hard to find. Food was really good, server was friendly but, the atmosphere was a little boring. We did go at a slower time so not sure what it would be like busy! Otherwise, I would go again for sure!

I ordered the BBQ pulled pork on flatbread, and it was perfect!

The slowest food service ever. Ordered everything right when we sat down. Took us an hour just to get apps and an hour and a half into it the waitress told us they didn't have an item on of us ordered. 0/10 they need to cowboy up their delivery times. Dont come. This place blows.

The food was fabulous but the service was just okay. The waitress was not friendly. At the end of my meal I ordered coffee, and never once was asked if I would like more. The check was dropped off even though my friend wanted another glass of wine. So towards the end of the meal we felt rushed to leave.

Busy on Sat. Waited for sometime.... Server was too busy serving too many people.

We had reservation at 4 pm took them way to long to take our order and it was almost an hour b4 we got our food there was a table that came 45 min after we did and they were served b4 us. And there were fruit flies flying around the food was good but it took to long and those pesky flies I've had better service from here before but today was not good food was but the wait and flies no good.

Food was decent. Unfortunately, the service was bad. Took 2 hours after being seated to receive our food.

Very nice place. We had the BBQ Combo Plate and the Steak and Ribs. Service was fast and friendly and the meal was very good. Would definitely come back.

Overall very good! The mozzarella sticks are a little on the smaller side, but wonton wrapped which is the only way to go! The mushrooms were fresh and tasted delicious on my mushroom swiss burger! The seasoning in the burger was pretty good, but there were some bites for me that were a little much. It could be because they may have used worcestershire sauce and I'm not the biggest fan of it, but I'm not completely sure. I would eat here again, though!

We are regulars here. We've been dining here for over 20 years. Always good food at a reasonable price. Wait staff is friendly and competent.

I ordered a rib eye steak special plus a 1/4 rack of BBQ ribs. The rib eye's cut was nothing to write home about, though the grilled flavor and the doneness were spot on. The BBQ ribs was highly recommended on FourSquare, but aside from the meat falling easily off the bone, the meat leaned on the dry side.

Everyone I talked to around me said "it's alright". I was just expecting more with all those cars in the parking lot. Most of what I ate seemed overpriced for what I got. 2 steps above cafeteria food.
