This place is in desperate need of a deep clean. We stayed here for memorial day weekend and were shocked to find our room infested with gnats, the bathroom had a small dead roach, the carpets needed to be cleaned and an overall musky smell. The elevators need some work too, it seemed like only two of them were full service creating a real nightmare for checkout with everyone leaving at the same time. Valet services were great. Food was terrible quality and overpriced. This place has potential, but only after a serious deep clean and better quality food with reasonable prices. I ended up leaving for every meal, not only to escape the bug problem, but because there are much better food choices down the road.
