Prior to coming with my 2019 Prius for a routine service, I noticed the light on the dashboard indicating that something is wrong with one of the tires. I suspected a nail. I would be perfectly fine if told that service doesn't cover tires and with a tire problem I should go a tire place.

However, I was told that's not a problem at all, and probably my tires are all fine and the light just came up because of the tire pressure change due to cold weather. That's what I also heard when picking up the car. ("Your tires are fine.") The light was still on when I got into the car, so I asked the attendant to look into that. The car was taken again and returned to me after a few minutes with no light. ("Just needed a reset.")

The next day the light was back. I took the car to Costco tires. Guess what? A nail! Goodbye Keyes Toyota, not going to you again... Will look for a place I can trust to service my Prius.
