Went here for a wedding and the wedding/reception ...

Went here for a wedding and the wedding/reception area was fine, but small and crowded with decent atmosphere. The food was just so so. Some things like the empanadas were good and the guac and chips but others were very bland or badly seasoned. When we asked for more chips and guac because we had 3 large young men at our table and every one was starving at that point (there was 1 small basket of chips and a small cup of guac for a table of 8) the server said the food would be out in 20 mins and would not bring us anymore. There were apps, then a boring salad, then the main meal was family style with like 3 meat dishes, paella, and other side dishes. The paella was terrible, didn't taste anything like paella, most of the meat dishes weren't very good, the steak with chimichurri was tasty but alot of the meat was dry and chewy, the chicken dish just didn't taste good, the potatoes were bland. Nobody at my table ate that much of anything... We all went home hungry. The drinks at the open bar were ok but the staff had a serious attitude, like they hated being there and no one was overly drunk or being rude to them, they were getting great tips but still just seemed annoyed to be there. The desserts really sucked almost no one ate them... Over all a fun wedding but that was despite the bad food and rude staff, due more to the bride and groom and the great band that they hired. Would definitely not recommend having an event here and certainly would not come back to eat here after seeing the prices of the not so great food on the online menu.
