Sold my vehicle that I bought from this dealership...

Sold my vehicle that I bought from this dealership and when I turned in my paper work to get what ever was left on my prepaid gap insurance this dealership has no paperwork from me. I pulled up my email, which I still have, dated April 12 2016. Been trying to talk to the finance manager for the last 6 hours and still no call back. Horrible customer service. I would put no stars but you can not post without least putting one.
