We returned again to the brunch at the Embajador, which is put on every Sunday between 1230 and 1600.
Itremains excellent in every respect, they lay out huge and extensive buffet in the restaurant looking out on the pool and spectacular gardens.
The all you can eat selection includes charcuterie, soup, sushi, salads, fish, a range of hot dishes and a carvery station. If you manage to complete a tour of these, there is a mouth-watering dessert selection.
The extensive range of food is matched by the excellent quality and fast, attentive service. All in all it is a great Sunday option, the main mystery being how they can put on this spread for less the twenty dollars a head. Thoroughly recommended and we shall certainly be back.
