Not happy with my first visit. After filling 10 pages of information - reason why I ve got 30 minutes earlier for my appointment, I am told that the co-pay is in cash only. I have a flex spending card that I can t use for payment now. No advertising anywhere, even though they advertise for everything, from no smoking, drinking, using cell phones while checking in, having the insurance cards, etc, etc.

Had to go and get cash, came back, paid and it has been 1.5 hours since, and still waiting to hear my name. Extremely disappointing experience so far.

Not blaming the PA, she was actually nice, but the whole experience is less than desirable. Finally after almost 2hours of waiting, I am called inside. RN is very accommodating and positive. Based on acceptance of payment to be discussed with Dr. will make a decision on whether to continue with PCP or not.
