The service here is awful. I could have saved hundreds and went to circus circus and got treated better. There were no towels in my room so I called and it took over an hour before I gave up and called and canceled them. They didn't help with my luggage, they didn't charge the my business card for the security deposit but charged my personal one and told me they charged my business card, they aren't very helpful or pleasant, the check in machine wasn't working, the credit card machine on the vending machine wasn't working, I paid extra per night to get a room towards the top and they originally tried to give me the 25th floor out of I think 49, I was told it was adults only and I had screaming kids on the elevators and floor, there is a lot more but I am tired of wasting my time on this hotel that I will never go back to. For the money you pay you expect to be treated better than the motel 6.
