After my "Service experience, i will be taking my vehicle i purchased from Withnell to another Mopar service center. Customer service from Anthony Brown in the service department was quality and Withnell Should be embarrassed, I do not enjoy being talked to like a 3 year old. The service its self was also of poor quality, when they say diagnostic testing i expect it to be done. when i got my vehicle back, it was having the same problems as when I dropped it off but worse. I will NEVER be bringing service or recommending service be brought here.
