I brought a customer service issue to their attent...

I brought a customer service issue to their attention in January of 2021 and was told it would be resolved in 10-14 business days. It is now April of 2021 and the issue is still unresolved. I have discovered there is no accountability with their customer service. I continue to receive the same kind of response and Horizon is not giving any roadmap to move forward for a resolution. In the meantime I have been dropped by my PCP. I will not be back in 2022.
