Rick and crew have been very helpful throughout the refi process. It is the smoothest process I've ever been through. The use of technology has really made the process much easier, and Rick's guidance at crucial points saved us lots of time. Communication was constant and the steps in the process were mapped out very clearly. Poli is an outstanding group.
