Knocking noise was loud at the 5th floor, reported to a trainee at the front desk , he said we will inform the one in charge, he did not ask me to authenticate and make written of my complaint ! How would anyone know that the complaint is really received and resolved properly?? That was on 16th of Oct 2017 salesforce event!!!
