So where are the 4 stars? Odors in the bathroom, the shower which normally is thermostatic does not work well and you have hot water then cold water and hot water !! As for the restaurant service is deplorable, we waited 1 hour to have our first dish! (our order was not printed on the right printer !! ) in the morning for breakfast we waited as we do in all the hotels we check our room number and that we place and the person !! Everyone sits and does what he wants! Hotel far from the center of Maastricht !!
