They are very rude to my friend and I. We asked them if we could use their phone TWICE and they said that we asked too many times. They also push us out when they closed instead of politely asking for us to leave. When we were on a call with our parents they told us to leave when the person next to us was on a call and they didn't ask them to leave. Its also impractical for them to close at 5 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. Our overall experience was terrible. Except for the person that works in the kids section (Emily) who was really nice sometimes.
