I bought, yes, two years ago already, two expensive chairs, telling me that the quality was worth the price.
Two years later, despite very few uses and despite my weight of 50 kg, the canvas of the chaise longue gave way. I find it very expensive for a product that lasts so little time. I reported it to the SAV, which I had to raise several times. In the end, they deigned to answer me by sending me a link to order another painting. Neither an excuse nor a commercial gesture, no. Just a "pay again so it breaks in two years"! I answered again, and hop, no answer!
I'm so disappointed. I bought two sun loungers for myself, two for my parents, one for my brother. I left more than 600 at home to discover that the product is of poor quality, and that the customer service is not up to par.
I think getting paid back is welcome. If it had been my grandmother who had sat on it, she would have ended up in the hospital, because the sewing gave way suddenly !!!!!!!!!
