Engineer who came to do the initial quote for a new boiler installation was overall good. Unfortunately everything since then has been absolutely appalling. Multiple incorrect details on quotes over multiple occasions, provided false/misleading information, some work e.g. power flush was initially included but later descoped or charged extra. Boiler installation dates and assigned engineers changed multiple times. Didn't show up on confirmed installation date.

Old boiler was then discarded on the streets and extra holes left in my walls (only attended to after I chased up repeatedly). Engineers didn't sign off on Benchmark Report and didn't finish commissioning the boiler. Didn't seem to understand how to correctly configure the Vaillant EcoTec boiler with little to no understanding of eBus vs OpenTherm controls and the importance that has to boiler modulation. Also very little understanding on how to balance the system correctly with complete disregard on configuring the boiler to operate at optimal efficiency.
