Took my car to service, and it was a great experie...

Took my car to service, and it was a great experience. First I booked an appointment only 2 days in advance, and they had good availability throughout the day on the day I wanted (Saturday). Arrived 10 mins before, and as I drove through their service lane, an employee quickly greeted me and checked my name. Soon after my service advisor, Wayne Hong came and confirmed my service and contact info. He then gave me a time estimate and pointed me to the loaner office. The employee at the loaner office quickly took my info and insurance, and brought the loaner to me. The whole drop off + loaner process took less than 15 minutes.

Mr. Hong communicated with me throughout the day on the progress of the work, and the service was completed early in the afternoon on that day. I went back and returned my loaner, and got my car back with a wash outside and clean inside. I had to wait a little while (10 mins) as they realized my car was not washed yet when I went back. The waiting area had plenty of open seats, there are also bottled water and a coffee machine.

Overall a great service experience, everyone I met was professional and courteous. Thanks Mr Hong and the crew!
