Took my BMW in to be serviced at this location. I also own an Audi & frequently take it to the Audi Dealership for service. This was my very FIRST visit here. I expected exceptional service for a first time visit and was underwhelmed by what I received. My first visit to Audi my car was completely detailed & washed when I went to pick up the car. I expected the same from BMW for my first time using their service & was dismayed I didn't receive that. When they sent an automatic follow-up email asking about service I emailed with my dissatisfaction & never heard back from anyone. I hope they improve the service they offer at this location.
