I had the pleasure of having my BMW battery replaced at BMW of Mountain View. Wow! Ryan Fuller, my service advisor provided me awesome top notch service. I had seen on-line reviews on BMW of Mountain View and the customers commenting on Ryan's awesome service but his great reviews don't do him justice. Ryan's technical knowledge on BMW, customer service skills, and helpfulness are outstanding. Even with the place under construction, Ryan was still able to provide me superb service. I was able to see BMW of Mountain View's new building. It's gorgeous. It was my first visit here at BMW of Mountain View and because of Ryan's outstanding service, I will definitely come back again for any future service or repairs. As BMW is the ultimate driving machine, BMW of Mountain View provides the ultimate service because of Service Advisors like Ryan Fuller.
