Poor customer service. I called to make a reservation, reservations were closed at the time of my call, so I spoke to the person that answered the phone. He told me I could wave the 2 night minimum stay since we were visiting the area for a work event. He told me there were plenty of rooms available but that I would have to speak with the front desk to book it the next morning. The next morning I spoke with a lady that did not care to wave or try to wave the 2 night minimum even after I told her someone at there hotel said I could. She also said there was only one room available when we needed 2 rooms. Wish I would have known last night so I could have made a reservation somewhere else. Now my back up plan is booked as well. Poor communication among staff, not very nice or accommodating place. The bar there is cool but other than that it s not worth the price to be treated this way. Skip this snobby and cheap looking hotel rooms and stay somewhere else that isn t so disorganized.
