When I showed up for my appointment time for routine maintenance, my service advisor came out to greet me as I pulled up. She had everything ready to go. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. She called me to let me know the status of my vehicle and when it was complete. When I picked it up, everything had been completed and they washed my car as well. Since I had tire coverage, I was able to get one of my tires replaced as it had a nail in it for a minimal charge. It was so quick and painless. Best experience at a dealership ever!
