I really, really wanted to like this hotel. But the only option they had open for breakfast was a coffee shop with poor service and huge wait times, the dresser drawer in my room wouldn't stay shut, housekeeping both didn't remove my dirty towels nor stocked toiletries as normal, and the toiletry products were basically awful. Plus, while the grey/black decor felt chic in the beginning, after a week it just felt dingy and oppressive.
