This was a horrible experience! I reserved a car months ahead on Expedia and printed out my rental agreement. My agreement said unlimited mileage and a price. When I arrived at advantage, I was told by the representative the reservation was NOT unlimited mileage and the cost was a lot more. She showed my some crumpled up stipulation paper. I called Expedia right away and they called advantage themselves and profusely apologized on their behalf, and refunded our insurance we bought. I think advantage is a crooked company and tried to cheat us last minute. We ended up going to dollar rental and got a better car for 1/3 the price and hassle!!! Please don t go to this place. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to patron this rental company!
