Deluxe room booked as a birthday surprise and what do you find? A room with a strong perfume smell and everywhere black long hair and crumbs. On the dessert table section. Yuck. In the bathroom was the towel heater, the air conditioning and the extra booked hot tub not. !!!! Absolutely miserable. At the front desk you get swept up because you can not speak German. Even in English, you can not completely handle the complaint. Unfortunately this hotel does not deserve the title luxury. Only the chef prepares a great meal. I would give him 5 stars.
