I spoke with Justin Hardge today, one of your representative and I am writing to say "Job Well Done". Justin was courteous, apologetic, and extremely helpful in taking care of my situation. Since 2019 I have made several calls regarding my problem and I do hope this time it will be resolved. An employee like Justin knows all about customer service...he did not put me on hold nor transfer me to another individual....he not only made me feel that my concern was legitimate, but he was also very apologetic.
