Great sales team but terrible service department. Took the awesome finance manager to get my Cilajet protection handled - the service department lied about the status of my vehicle (after I had driven out there to pick it up) didn't communicate or honor the requested start/end date made several days in advance, etc. They need some serious re-working of how things operate on the service side!
