Our first room had clearly been used and not serviced. The furniture was super beaten up and sparse. After calling several times and waiting 30 mins for someone to come check it out, they wanted us to just sit there and wait while it was cleaned. After 2 more calls they finally made the correct choice to move us to a new room and even put us in the good tower. Our new room was nice and looked more like a Vegas casino.
