Had a terrible telephone conversation, since I have been paying the rent around the 20th for years, I was asked if I could not do this on the 1st of the month, since I have to wait financially for my surcharges, I cannot get the rent earlier transfer the 20th (I have been doing this in this way for more than 8 years). I was then told that if I had not authorized anyone to pay the rent on the 20th, and I would die before the 20th of the month, Cretace could not collect their money. What a disgusting way.
