We did the kayak tour for Ailalik glacier. Firstly we scheduled it for 11 am but they said they had our reservations for 1 pm. :/ They somehow accommodated us for 11:30 am. After we reached the Thumbs cove , the place where kayaking is done, they forgot to bring kayaks on the boat. Ultimately they made us wait till 1 pm till kayaks were brought in another trip. On top of all this, our guide was least interested in giving a tour of the place around. The other tour guide was explaining everything around the place to his group while our guide was just kaykaing and was in a hurry to end the tour. Definitely wont recommend this to others.
