Ignorant people.. Really haven't got a clue. My mother was in a RTA in September 2013, was put through to this firm by her insurance RAC... AVOID IF YOU CAN, unlike my mother she had no choice. This firm never contact you about your claim, its you that have to do the chasing, you'll then be put on hold for 10mins, unlucky if you work & phone just before 5pm, you'll be put on hold then cut off exactly at 5pm!!!!!!!!!! USELESS
