Last summer, I was a recruiting intern in the 10-week HatchELITE summer program that Hatch prides itself on. What drew me in right away and what has kept me in contact with Hatch ever since is, by far, the people. The team has such a genuine, colorful cast of eager, hard-working personalities. If ANYONE gets people, it's the Hatch team. For the staffing industry, Hatch's commitment to fulfilling candidate needs, employee needs, and client needs truly separates them from the pack.

More than anything, the internship allowed me to gain invaluable experience and sharpen people skills that have stuck with me in every aspect of my life. Hatch pushed my limits and saw more of my potential than what I thought I had. They assigned all of the interns mentors within the company which kept me on focus. I grew a strong connection with my mentor and several of the other employees who were ALWAYS willing to help. Literally because of Hatch alone, I am never hesitant when it comes to asking for help, whether that be at work or simply in my network. That network also grew two-fold thanks to Hatch as they invited guest speakers in from all over the area, and cared enough to get me a part-time position with a client of theirs.

Simply put, Hatch knows people and gets them too. I would HIGHLY encourage anyone to give them a try.
