I have been working for Weinstein Properties for 8 years. When I first started, I was very green and had a lot of learning ahead of me. The leadership I had was not only encouraging and supportive, but they were patient and encouraging. My leadership encouraged my growth through observation and real time feedback, but also allowed me to grow by setting goals and allowing me to face challenges. Through my years with WP, I have not only grown professionally, but personally as well with the relationships I ve built with my co-workers. Your voice and opinion always feel they matter as WP offers different committees for managers and supervisors to review company policy and make suggestions. They also have a program where you can submit ideas and you earn a bonus if your idea provides value or simplifies a process. While there is never a dull moment and it is fast paced work environment, Weinstein Properties strives to promote a diverse workplace where everyone feels like family. I love our company s mission statement and how focused on creating a positive living experience for all of our residents.
