I had debts trying to be collected from a previous name and was afraid it was fraudulent and so I did not pay it. After my credit score was dinged I contacted the company; they were not fraudulent and they helped me through my problem with good customer service.
No one likes being sent to a Credit Collections Agency but the CSC seemed to be honest and helpful.
