I really wanted to like this place and excited to ...

I really wanted to like this place and excited to try a new spa. Overall service was disappointing. After booking an 80 minute massage (which would of used up my gift card perfectly) I was told by my massage therapist that she only had me booked for 50 minutes and did not have time to do an 80 minute massage and that I could cancel and come back another day. After doing all the "spa formalities"...robing, slippers, refreshments etc. it seemed silly to get dressed and leave so I gave in.

My massage therapist then excused herself so that she could tell management that my booking was made incorrectly. However, the clock was ticking and this really could of been handled later. When she returned, my "relaxing" massage began with a chat about how the booking and billing were going to be adjusted and they were going to look into who worked the day my service was booked and find out who mishandled the booking and on and on. Definitely too much information. People make mistakes. Now I felt like I was getting someone in trouble.

Upon checkout I noticed a big party in the sitting area which made me wonder if the time adjustment on my booking was actually a "mistake". I mentioned my name and reminded the receptionist of the issue with my booking. He had no idea what I was referring to apologized and then said he could give me 10% off for the mistake.

In conclusion, I left the spa annoyed and frustrated, wondering why was time taken from my appointment to discuss a discrepancy with booking when I had to discuss it again upon checkout. Definitely not impressed or up to par with other spa services I have received.
