This has been the worst experience for me when it comes to fitness and Gym. I took membership of one year and the guys who showed me and explained me about the gym were none other than the owners, they were so good at the beginning at talking and seeling the membership to me, I also mentioned the same interest should continue after been enrolled.
Later after three to four months, I was very regular and it went well. Due to personal reasons, I could not continue so, asked about the exit policy. They say freezing can be done only on the charges which are 500 rs/M and luckily I got a person whose membership had ended and wanted to renew so I asked the management if they could transfer mine, they refused for that too. When I spoke personally to the owner he had the bloody AUDACITY to tell me that it's his gym and his rules. What is the customer benefitting here? everywhere we are at loss. None of the gyms have these rules. If there is someone who is willing to renew the membership, you should be helpful. This has been the worst experience for me personally and upon that when your customer is requesting all you gotta to do is to show up the attitude saying "my gym and my rules". Worst Managment, they don't keep up their words.
