The biggest stain on the American corporate market. All the reviews below are a true testament to their extreme greediness to make money and a substantiation to their wholesome apathy towards the tenants (customers). They INVENT ways to steal you out of your hard earned dollars. You pay for Water and Trash at most other apartments and this is bundled into the rent. But these guys have First Billing (which they deny any affiliation) for utilities that are NOT Gas and Electricity. They come up with Admin fee ($7-10) for God knows what; General Electric Fee (~$10) to cover the complete electric usage OUTSIDE your house like parking lighting, leasing office, gym etc; Convenience Fee of $3-4 to PAY rent through a card at leasing office or online; Gate Fee($7-9) for broken gates; Sewer (what is this anyway?); Pest Control NEVER ONCE has anyone come to our apartment for ANY pest control and I can say this because I work from home etc etc. $100 fine if you delay your rent payment by 1 day! They are filled with lies. Check their website and see their claims - they beat the market in the income they make by a HUGE margin!!!
