Placed order on website. They offered free 3 day shipping and ship same day. A week later my order still had not shipped and entire week the website listed item as in-stock. Speaking with on-line chat customer support, they ensured my order would go out that day.

Following day, order still had not shipped. Called the 1-800 number and spoke to sales rep to cancel order who stated he would cancel it and ended call. A few hours later, order had not been cancelled.

Emailed customer service and asked to cancel order. Instead of cancelling, they ensured me it would ship that day because they just got the item in stock. So either they don't update stock on their website, or were finding an excuse. This statement came in an hour before their shipping cut-off according to their website. When their shipping cutoff came and went, the order was still listed as "processing" I asked to cancel the order again through email. It was finally cancelled after 3 requests to cancel.
